CONCEPT:

         As the main issue of the project was to reduce costs and provide a sustainable place to live and grow... So I tried to create an ordinary looking apartment building with a rectangular shape - and the rectangle is one of the most (area: perimeter) cost effective forms - with an elegant Vernacular : appearance,Materials , Environmental Treatments & ordinary building techniques ,Due to the high temperature in Burj Al Arab, refractory bricks were used in construction as an effective material, and it also gives a distinctive shape to the building.

I am working on exploiting the landscape space to create places to sit and enjoy the view of trees and clean air, and to make paths that are easy to move around, and each building has its own garden.
